“My final season has not been about winning medals, but giving back to the sport and future mom athletes, and leaving it better for the next generation of women raising children to flourish in every aspect of their lives.” – Allyson Felix
Thank you on behalf of Allyson and Athleta for joining the fun this weekend!
&Mother is dedicated to breaking the barriers that limit a woman’s choice to pursue and thrive in BOTH career and motherhood. Your donation today will help fund our early initiatives in the sports industry —including standardizing onsite childcare for athletic events. In addition, your generosity will allow us to continue our work identifying motherhood-related barriers within and outside of sports, create and demonstrate the impact of structural support for parents in the workplace, and pursue our vision of a world where the value of mothers in the workforce is intrinsic and motherhood is not a limiting factor in how women succeed professionally and personally.
Your generous contribution will enable us to continue to expand sports participation and leadership opportunities, and to keep fighting for equitable access for all girls and women— through our advocacy, research, grants, fellowships, educational curricula, mentoring events, and community programs. From its inception to this year’s Title IX 50th anniversary, WSF has invested over $100 million in these impact efforts, helping to shape the lives of millions of youth, high school and collegiate student-athletes, elite athletes and coaches. We’re building a future where every girl and woman can #KeepPlaying and unlock the lifelong benefits of sports participation.
